800-802 Arapahoe Avenue historic building inventory record, 1990. 1990.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION: Historic photographs indicate that the facade of this building has been changed. The building, which has a hipped roof, originally featured a center cupola, now removed. The building historically had a center, one-bay open porch with squared fluted columns. Original facade windows were segmental-arched 2/2. The building now features a full-width front porch with squared fluted columns resting on brick porch wall; wooden arches between columns. "New" facade windows are double-hung with flat arches, rusticated stone sills and lintels. Bay window on east. Segmental arched windows on sides. Historic iron fence. STYLE : Vernacular Masonry, Hipped Roof. DATE BUILT : 1878. DESIGNATION : National Register eligible.
